Gas: Sometimes this is next to the stomach in the splenic flexure of the large intestine but within the stomach it can be a manifestation of irritable bowel, air swallowing excessively, anormal bacterai in the stomach gastritis or ulcer, inlammatory disease, gallbladder disease.
