Sounds like sprained: Ligaments or pulled muscles, which hurt with certain motions, like rotation of the trunk (your chest & abdomen + pelvis). 
Get yourself investigated by your doc. Muscle relaxers would help.

Yes, gently.: If you are taking blood thinner medication and are getting frequent blood- shot eyes and black and blue marks on your body, be sure to inform your physician. Gentle exersize (not high impact or strenuous weight lifting) is usually  possible.

You need a Heart Che: Pain in the pit of stomach can be a sign of angina which is pain due to possible coronary artery disease.So you must get yourself checked by your physician who may do a stress test and check your cholesterol and BP and make sure your heart is healthy before you push yourself too hard, not knowing.

To deduce if the pain is related with this cyst, a detailed Hx &amp; proper physical exam before timely imaging study are needed. The only way to prove if the cyst is cyst-related is see how your pain may evolve and resolve after cyst-related surgery. So, ask doc timely as needed.

But if you have been more sedentary from the fracture, it is possible it could be related to a blood clot and so I would let your doctor know and be checked for it.
