i haven't had a bowl movement in 5 days but can painfully wiggle out gas. when i try to eat or drink my stomach swells and hurts extremely bad. i already can't get 1000 cals a day&am losing weight constanly. any help is appreciated. thank you?

: You are eating something that your digesting process produces a lot of gas. Keep a detailed diary of what you eat and your stool character. If you find something that is causing it,  stop it and see what happens. Then start it again and see what happens. Do this several times &amp; you can find out what it is. Many factors,...: Gas can be a normal byproduct of digestion.   Some foods ( beans, cabbage, etc) result in more gas production.  All people make gas.  Some people can control the "sharing" of their gas better than others.  There are products available that can decrease the amount of gas.
