Sounds unrelated: Right upper quadrant and abdominal pain, back pain, ?Bloating may all be related.  These syptoms may be caused by gallbladder disease, peptic ulcer disease, certain conditions of pancreas.  Recommend evaluation by md.  Not sure what nasure dissines is.....Nausea?

ive been feeling strange upper abdominal pain since last friday after getting my pfizer vaccine. the past two days ive been having some odd leg and pelvic achiness (feels like period cramps but im not on my period). any idea whats going on?

: While "upper abdominal pain" is not a common side effect of the Pfizer vaccine, "leg and pelvic aches " can occur with either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.  Some who get vaccines may also have active relatively non-symptomatic COVID infections which have not been detected, which also may produce vague muscle cramping secondary to the affected nerves by the virus.

Multiple symptoms: At your age an autonomic nervous system disease is highly unlikely unless you have had some type of trauma or prior nervous system disease.  All these symptoms could be simply dehydration.  Try drinking 4 glasses (8 oz each) of watch and wait a few minutes and see how you feel.  Your urine should be clear and not yellow. Abdominal pain/ panc: This could be related to your gallbladder, pancreatitis or even gerd, irritable bowel or other GI issues.
You should start with an appointment at your pcp and then have and us to rule out pancr divisum or other causes and or see a GI physician or surgeon and have repeat labs after alcohol abstinence and low fat low chol diet.

See you doctor: Pain in the right lower quadrant needs to be evaluated by a physician to exclude appendicitis if this is new for you. It could also be things like a hernia or kidney stone but would be impossible to know without a thorough evaluation.  Please get medical attention asap.

Abdominal pain: Abdominal and leg pain 11 days after IUI could be due to couple of factors.  The most likely is an ovarian cyst.  Other possibilities include an infection, or if you are pregnant you could have an ectopic (or tubal pregnancy: which usually does not cause pain until the pregnancy is between 6 to 8 weeks.)  there are other possibilities. You should see your physician for evaluation.

How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it and see. If it gets better, go back again and retest until you are convinced it is something you should stop. Then stop it.

Diverticulitis: Many diseases can cause these symptoms: diverticulitis, abscess and tumors (particularly colon cancer) being the most important. I think you should see a surgeon and be examined and most likely you will need a CT-scan and a colonoscopy. CT-scan will show many other possible causes of this pain.  
In women, diseases of the ovary (eg abscess, tumor etc) can cause this type of pain.
