Multiple symptoms: At your age an autonomic nervous system disease is highly unlikely unless you have had some type of trauma or prior nervous system disease. All these symptoms could be simply dehydration. Try drinking 4 glasses (8 oz each) of watch and wait a few minutes and see how you feel. Your urine should be clear and not yellow.
