Needs evaluation: Cannot tell without more information. Local irritation, bacterial or fungal skin infection, shingles, folliculitis are just a few of the possibilities.

The "distribution": of the rash you describe sounds like the area covered by your underpants! Look for allergy to your LAUNDRY SOAP.  Since that "area" is also usually a warm/possibly sweaty  place a FUNGAL skin infection is another possibility.

Rash: The rash you describe may not necessarily be related to your other complaints, each one can be dealt with individually based on symptom control. The rash sounds like a fungal infection,need to be seen for a diagnosis, it's localization could be a drug reaction but unlikely to loratadine.  Flatulence could be diet related. A visit to you PCP is required, for best care resolve issues promptly

Sounds like yeast: It sounds like yeast infection. Try over the counter lamisil (terbinafine) cream twice a day but if it does not resolve see a doctor for testing and exam.

It depends.: You might have been born with it.  This happens sometimes, and is usually called a port wine stain, or simply a discoloration of the skin due to lack of pigment.  It also might be a lesion/cut/bite that healed long ago and stayed red.  If you have others, it could be a skin condition from some disease.  It would be wise to see your doctor to be sure, or just be aware of it if you are ok otherwise.

Rash: Rashes are impossible to diagnose over the computer.  Usually sitting is not a risk factor for developing a rash, unless you are very old (It states you are 106?), and you get skin "breakdown" from not moving around (similar to a "bed sore").  When the rash is visible, have a dr. look at it to give you a diagnosis and any necessary treatment.  Best wishes.

Probably not, but...: This depends on the nature and timing of the pain. If the buttock/leg discomfort is only during a genital herpes outbreak, or starts 1-2 days before, and if it clears up in another 1-2 days, they may be linked. However, herpes doesn&#x27;t cause chronic or persistent, ongoing, deeper back, buttock or leg pain, that doesn&#x27;t accompany outbreaks. In that case, it&#x27;s an entirely separate problem.
