Well: if you come in contact with a virus or bacteria - it might effect susceptibility if you  were really impacted by cold/ long rain. But the rain itself does not infect you.

Rest, warmth, avoid: Your immune system can fight infection best when you have had adequate sleep, good nutrition, adequate fluids to drink, and of course, lack of exposure to viruses. Avoid places you could pick something up like a pharmacy with ill patients waiting and rest. Stay warm. Take care. Zinc and vitamin C in moderation. Stay away from Echinacea except for a few days.

Not usually: Rain or wetness by itself cannot usually make you feel sick. If you have a virus and stay wet for prolonged period the illness can be worsened. An experiment was performed many years ago on people that were kept wet and cold for prolonged periods of time. Some people were innoculated with virus while others were not. Only people with  virus on board became ill.

Pressure and temp: A few studies have shown that especially for people with arthritis and healed fractures, joint pain can change based on outside weather. We have pressure receptors that can be could be triggered when outside pressure changes -like when it rains.  Temperature changes during stormy weather can also account for the pain.  I wouldn't worry too much if you're having a little pain, though.
