Exertional Headache: This sounds like exertional headache, which can come on with any physical exertion. Many exertional headaches are secondary, meaning caused by another process, and some experts recommend MRI for all patients with truly exertional headaches, to rule out aneurysms and other serious problems. At least you should see a doctor and be examined for any red flags, or for other headache types e.g. Migraine.

Headaches: Are there other medications or caffeine or energy drinks that you take that may make this worse?  There may be some labs that you may need to rule out other medical conditions such as diabetes, thyroid issues or elevated blood pressure.

Retroorbital: I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist to determine what type of headaches you're experiencing in order to prescribe proper treatment.. Appropriate testing will be ordered. Possibilities are migraine,cluster,tension,sinus pathology or opthalmological pathology. If eye symptoms accompany the headache, referral to an ophthalmologist will be made.

Drink and eat plenty: With a balanced diet you should drink as much as you can handle. Drink until not thirsty throughout the day prior to performance, then small amounts throughout your sport. Afterward, i generally suggest drinking until not thirsty, then add and extra 8 oz onto your total.

i didnt realize my two and half year old daughter had a poop diaper! she was like that for either 1-3 hours! what is the likeliness she will get a uti? i am trying to make her drink water to pee. she was playing, sitting, while in the poop diaper?

: That scenario is not uncommon at all. Risk is there but not commonly occurs to my knowledge.

Stomach ache: Your child may be suffering from water intoxication. Take him to the ER to have his electrolyte levels checked. He could be lacking in salt

Sunburn: You get sun burned. Wear sunscreen , use wide brim hat , long sleeve shirt (helps keep your body humid.  Without shirt , or clothing you get dehydrated faster and get headache. ) wear bright color clothes. There is a reason people in the sahara where those kind of clothing (thank good we have a/c).
