Consult your doctor: You may try melting kind medicines like maxalt MLT or injections of Imitrex (sumatriptan) just the earliest feeling of getting a headache. 
This should help to abort the headache getting worse.
If you have no relief you need to take medicine like propranolol, or SSRI or Topiromate

i am unintentionally loosing weight.

Work up needed: Would recommend seeing your doc,  as given your age workup will be needed. Your symptoms are worrisome and a variety of medical and psych conditions will have to be ruled in or out before proceeding with any drug.

Getting a good night's sleep is important for physical &amp; mental health. Go to the Emergency Room of a hospital where this can be treated with medication. Later consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with Zoom &amp; a Psychiatrist for medication.
