Rest and stretch: Rest from the activity you are doing that causes the cramp, and then stretch the foot in a manner to relieve the cramp. Often this means gently but consistently pulling the toes back to stretch the plantar aspect of the foot.

Cramps: A common cause for muscle cramps is low potassium and or magnesium.   At your age Magnesium the more likely culprit. A trial of Magnesium glycinate may be of help.

possible muscle entr: It sounds like you may have muscle or nerve entrapment, not necessarily form the spinal cord many spinal and leg muscle may get trapped crossing bony structures and may be producing your symptoms. Orthopedic evaluation and MRI are indicated to further determine the exact cause.

See below: High arch feet are usually referred to as a pes cavus foot type.  Often muscle cramps are due to overworking of the muscles and may cause plantar fasciitis.

: Muscle cramping and "achyness" can result from COVID-19 or other viral conditions.  Suggest getting tested for COVID even if already fully vaccinated.  See your internist for an exam and testing if this continues.

Warm down.: Make sure you warm down after exercising at least for 1/2 the amount of time you took to warm up.  For the feet and ankles, do gentle wall calf stretches and massage feet as needed.  Also make sure you're wearing good footwear and stay hydrated!

Cramps: Cramps in the calves and feet can be caused by a variety of issues.  Most commonly are dehydration and imbalanced electrolytes.  There are easy treatments that typically eliminate the cramping.  Getting an exam in person or virtually will give you the best diagnosis and treatment plan that you may need!

Spine vs Diabetes: Could be related to your spine such as spinal stenosis or herniated disk.  It also could be diabetic neuropathy.  I would suggest if it is bothering you see your doctor for further evaluation.

Massage: Them, stretch the arch by pulling up on the toes or pressing the toes on the ground as if you are propulsing. You can roll a ball under your arch as well. If it happens while walking wear an arch support.
