i notice i feel ill for days after eating raw fruits/veg. almost like a virus. (i have immune dysfunction, not deficiency) should i avoid eating them?

No:  You can ask her physician but I think it’s OK. If you’re having a reaction perhaps you need to see an allergist to clarify what it is.  I don’t see why the immunodeficiencies are related to your  symptoms but you can get that clarified

how long should you wait to sleep after eating fruit? in this case, i ate an apple. not to big.

Ur question: Is cute & refreshing thank you! a not so big apple should not be too difficult to digest. You may be already sound asleep at the time i answer you. It is recommended to wait a couple of hours after eating before going to bed. However, a small piece of banana is known to have a nice sedative effect and can be eaten at bedtime or during the night if u wake up, it helps to quickly fall back asleep!

i get bloated after eating oatmeal, fresh fruit/veggies and milk. what's going on and what can i do about it?

Try low FOD-MAP diet: The low fod-map diet identifies foods that may contribute to gassiness and bloating. Consider  reduction of fod-map ingestants as part of your greater effort toward healthier eating &amp; drinking. Especially if symptoms persist despite diet manipulation, particularly at age 57, medical evaluation is warranted and advised.

i stay uncomfortably full for hours after eating, even simple meals like ill have toast for breakfast and maybe some juice and i will feel super full for 7+ hours and then i can push down maybe some fruit.. and that will be me for the day. everyday?

: Definitely time to seek medical attention and before severe malnutrition and weight loss settle in. Best through your primary care doc as referrals and/or tests will be needed. Symptoms suggest upper gi motility disorders, work up is needed.

had allergic congestion from sulfites in dried fruit before, now have rash after eating  pasta made with dried vegetables--possible sulfites caused ?

See allergist or GI: Rash after eating a food can be a manifestation of food allergy. Skin testing or ige antibody test for suspected food allergen is way to test. Sulfites typically not a common cause of true allergic reaction but can cause non allergic reaction. Suggest you see an allergist or gastroenterologist. Take a picture of any rash you see after eating and keep detailed food diary also helpful for evaluation.

Ok to wait: You likely have what is called Oral Allergy Syndrome which rarely leads to anaphylaxis.  As long as you are not fainting or choking, you will likely be ok

Acid reflux: Silent acid reflux is most likely cause.  Only about 1/3 of people with reflux have heartburn.  Highly unlikely (1-2%) that food or other allergy.  May also be zenkers diverticulum.
