Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

May be right.: Your docs might be right.  Symptoms like this can be due to a virus.  I am sure that they have counseled you that if symptoms become worse or are persistent that you should seek re-evaluation and consider further testing.

: You should keep a diary about this.  What brings it on. How do you get rid of it etc.  your body is talking to you. Take good notes and discuss with your Dr. if taking any meds for anything review with your Health care provider.

Not Allergies: Probably not allergic rhinitis.  If all of your tests are coming back "normal" it may very well be migraines.  Yes, migraines are more than just headaches.  But then again, no way to no without a full evaluation.  It would not hurt to see your local neurologist.

See primary: Soemetimes we can get tired after eating a large meal but the lightheadedness should not happen.Go and see a physician and get tested for diabetes and get a physical.Everything may be fine but should not take a chance.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know your age. Have you been worked up by a neurologist for these symptoms. I don't know what your diagnosis is, but it would be prudent to be evaluated to see if you have transient ischemic attacks or other neurologic conditions.
