Hello. : Hello. I don't know your age. Have you been worked up by a neurologist for these symptoms. I don't know what your diagnosis is, but it would be prudent to be evaluated to see if you have transient ischemic attacks or other neurologic conditions.

As : As dr fowler has said, knowing your age might help us figure out what you may be having, or at least put some limits on the possibilities. Since you have complaints of being tired, dizzy, and light-headed "all the time" this sounds less like a transient ischemic attack (tia, "mini-stroke") and more perhaps either a problem with your inner and middle ear, or maybe a heart problem or a vascular causing inadequate blood supply to the brain. I urge you to see a phyisician for a thorough workup including of your heart function and the status of the arteries carrying blood to your brain (carotid arteries), and perhaps if that is all normal get a referral to an "ears, nose, and throat" doctor to evaulate your inner ear (vestibular) function. If you are younger than the typical age for heart or vessel problems, and there is nothing that turns up, have a physician consider a toxic or metabolic problem also. Are you exposed to some kind of chemical at your work, for example?
