i have heard people being the most bloated in the morning when they wake up and least bloated before bed. but i am the other way round. most bloated before bed and flat stomach when i wake up in the morning. any reason for that?

: You may try to change your eating routine. Try to reduce your intake in the afternoon/evening.
Your premise about timing of bloating is not necessarily correct.

Gravity and diet: Good question. Probably because all night long you are digesting food from previous day and in addition standing all day lon probably has the effect of allowing retained water to extend down with gravity's help to the lowest part of your abdominal wall where as at night it has a chance to clear. Change your diet, exercise, and watch your salt intake.

i have been constipated for almost three weeks. i been waking up every morning bloated. what can i do to cleaned out my system? pleases help.!

Enema: The gut is like a highway; works great when things move through smoothly, but when it backs up, everyone is miserable.  If you were having intermittent constipation, adding fiber and/or a stool softener would help.  However, since you've been chronically constipated now for 3 weeks, you will likely need either suppository or enema to "jump start" your colon.  Go to the er if you have pain.

Probiotic: I am guessing that biolife is a probiotic.  Always a good idea to try this for bloating.  Refrigerated probiotics do seem to be more active.  My favorite on the us market is vsl#3.

Expect it !: Your stomach is not just a bag. It is a bag with muscular walls that contract during mixing of digestive juices. You also swallow air anytime you eat or drink and that becomes a bubble that moves around in your stomach. The process will happen if you eat on schedule or not &amp; is more noticeable for some than others.

i took the morning after pill on the 29th july as i finished my usual 21 day pills. i started my 21 day pills on the 2nd august and so bloated.

Confusing: It sounds like you are already taking birth control pills. If that is true then you do not also need to use emergency contraception as you are already protected on your birth control pills

Many foods can cause: Bloating: dairy products if lactose intolerant; fried/fatty/greasy foods if have gallbladder problems; beans & other legumes; cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage); cucumbers & other members of melon family. Can try otc products like beano & lactaid (before meal) or simethicone (gas-x, after meal). If still a problem see doc. If associated w/ menses, see gyn.

Depends: Although gastritis/duodenitis can behave this way, gall bladder problems like stones can cause similar symptoms. If symptoms persist or have fever chills, vomiting may need to see your primary care doctor. If you have chest  pain need urgent attention.

N,V,D: Nausea, vomiting,and diarrhea usually are due to either a viral gastrointestinal infection or food poisoning. Fatigue is a common accompaniment of these conditions. These resolve within a few days without specific treatment except for rest, light diet, good fluid intake and Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed. Saltine crackers are easily digested and flat ginger ale is well tolerated.

Possibly: Potential Side effects w emergency contraception: tender breasts; menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period); loose stools; dizziness; headache; nausea/ vomiting; abdominal pain / cramping or fatigue. For chest tightness, difficulty breathing, swelling of lips, mouth, throat – call 911. Take pregnancy test &amp; notify Dr if your period is 7 or &gt; days late.
