Go to er: Since your pain is persistent and severe. It is hard to tell without a good abdominal exam and possibly an xray or CT of your abdomen.

Other reasons can be infections and specific bladder conditions for which you will need to see your gynecologist. Make sure that you are not pregnant and blood sugar is normal as pregnancy and diabetes can cause frequent urination.

Self cath: Sorry to hear that. Usually spinal cord compression can lead to that. Is there a history of spine injury? Some diabetics can have it too. At your age it is concerning and you should definitely see a urologist. Chances of infection are high with self cath, so maintain as much cleanliness as you can and watch for fever, burning urination and pain.

It : It is clear that you are understandably worried.  I don't know if you have become slightly incontinent of urine during your pregnancy. I do know that the fluid can be checked to determine if their is ferning which is a classic crystalization pattern for amniotic fluid.
