Urgent Care Clinic: You need to be seen by a Family Practice or  Pediatric doctor to be evaluated  for a proper diagnosis and treatment. If you are too uncomfortable to wait for an appointment, you can go to an urgent care clinic and then follow up with your regular doctor.  Best wishes.

Vascular: See a doc. Can be a serious problem but not likely in a 24 year old.  Most likely raynauds or vasculitis.

Herpes Vs Syphilis: That is unusual. Do you have the vital herpes blood tests to prove which type or if you have both types of herpes?  If you do have the blood tests then i would have a physician look at this to determine if the new sore is a different herpes. (you cannot get herpes elsewhere once you are infected).  That makes me wonder about syphilis given what syphilis primary lesions can look like.

Poor Circulation: For some reason you are not getting proper blood flow to the areas. Determining the reasons is i possible without a complete medical history & work up. There are many possible causes from meds that you take to more serious issues. You need to see your primary care md as soon as you can!

Cannot diagnose: There is no way in which to even speculate about what this might be without a full history and physical exam and possibly some labs and imaging studies. Go and see your family doctor and be evaluated.  Good luck.

Thyroid: Thinning hair and intolerance to cold are two signs of hypothyroidism.  Numbness in the leg, and rashes, are not commonly associated with thyroid disorders so be sure to get checked out by a doc.

Live well: Continue to live well, exercise regularly, eat well with balanced meals low in fats and cholesterol rich foods, do not smoke, practice proper hygiene, wash your hands often to avoid infections and spreading them.  If sexually active, practice safe sex with condom use, etc.  Avoid risky behaviors like drug use, tattoos and piercings from unauthorized and non-licensed people, etc. Stay well.

check thyroid: Some people just feel cold all the time, and this is not necessarily abnormal.  However, it could be a symptom of hypothyroidism, usually associated with fatigue, weight gain, constipation, brittle hair, etc. It would be easy for your doctor to check out.

Thyroid Hormone?: Could you be lacking thyroid hormone?  That is about the only thing that can give you those symptoms.  Usually people who are hypothyroid have a host of other symptoms though.  In my experience most people who feel cold are just that and nothing more.

Cold: If this has just started then you might have infection. If this is something that has been for awhile you could have a hormonal problem
