Muscle or other:  This could be muscle pain like we see in fibromyalgia. With the bruising we need to think of other medical conditions. We need to discuss this with your physician and you may need to have further evaluation and testing

It does: Docs make put back bones in place under strong anesthesia sometime local and sometime general . While under general anesthesia , you should not feel any pain.
