Many causes: There are many causes of gas and bloating. You may be becoming intolerant of lactose in milk.High sugar diet or sugar substitutes like  sorbitol, mannitol, and xylitol cause gas.Excessive swallowing of air. Sudden increase in dietary fiber (your body adjusts after a few days). Try fasting then adding back foods one at a time to figure out if a food may be the problem. Alpha-galactosidase (beano).

Doctor can evaluate: Bloating has several meanings: full of gas, full of water, full of poop, etc...  If a person is full of poop, he and his doctor can check to see if there is a disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of food and poop through the gut, then things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber with water, polyethylene glycol, senna extract, milk of magnesia, etc...

Get checked.: Bloating is a perplexing symptom. Sometimes it means nothing serious, but sometimes it can be a symptom of ovarian cancer.You are young for this (I am assuming you are female). See your doctor. She may wish to get a pelvic ultrasound exam to check your ovaries. She'll also want to talk to you about your diet. Good luck.
