Dehydration: Excluding any sort of tropical infection or liver disease, the top cause for bloating is dehydration. Women should be drinking about 2-3 liters of water per day and men 3-4 liters. Try drinking two cups of water as soon as you wake up, and keep hydrated throughout the day, then see if bloating is relieved within a week. Good luck!
