Intestines can cause: If this has just started and associated with nausia, vomiting and fever and worsening then please seek immediate medical attention, however if it is chronic ie been there for weeks to months can mean anything from a hernia to constipation to more serious intestinal issues.

IBS: A twenties female with intermittent cramping abdominal pain must be considered for IBS. Information about loose stools and/or constipation would help provide insight.  A gastroenterologist can diagnose.

Not normal: These symptoms don't sound normal. It's okay to have cramps with your period, but movement should not cause pain! if these symptoms are new, i'm concerned that you may have an ovarian cyst, or even an ectopic pregnancy. I think it's worth the trip to the doctor.

Get a GYN exam: and certainly get a routine urine analysis/culture. Masturbation may have caused a vaginal cut or teat as well as irritation of your urethra. Time to get examined.

Chronic constipation: Think about your colon! it has to move that heavy load of old stool. A bowel regimen is indicated. The goal is two soft bowel movements daily. Water and juices up to 1.5 liters daily, fiber tablets, laxatives (milk of magnesium or miralax), stool softeners, probiotics, and walking are all non-prescription things you can use for your bowel regimen. If you have fever or vomiting, get evaluated.

Cramping : Many things can cause your symptoms or it maybe nothing. You need to give more details like do you have diarrhea? Are your symptoms associated with food?  Do you have a sin rash? Stuff like that.

Possibly: You are already worried, and the best way to alleviate this is to see a doctor and have this examined.  This can be something in the abdominal wall, beneath the wall in the peritoneal cavity, and if in the cavity, emanating from one of several different structures.  In most instances this will not be a major threat to you, but does need further evaluation.  See a doctor and get examined. Good luck.

Need to be seen : Those symptoms can be seen with and infectious gastrointestinal problem that may need antibiotics. A thorough history which would include timeline of the symptoms as they progressed, a physical exam and some labs and possibly radiology studies can determine if it is an emergent problem that needs immediate intervention or something that can be treated as outpatient.
