Exactly that.: You described it perfectly.   I'm going to take it that you are in normal health with no known heart problems.  Even healthy persons can have mild, brief irregular beats now and then.  Most go unnoticed, but sometimes you do notice them.  As long as they are not frequent, it is not something to worry about.  Caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, lack of sleep, certain medications can sometimes provoke them.

Start with your PCP: See your pcp first before seeing a specialist.  That way they can order appropriate tests if needed and determine a specialist you need to go to if you need to go to one.  This may be a simple sprain or strain that can be treated by your pcp.

what is the best medicine for knee pain if you are allergic to nsaid drugs. my dr confirmed the allergy. trying to get info before i go to orthopedic.

NSAID allergy: There are a few options, though one is RX only.  There is a product called Traumeel that is not an RX and would be a great alternative to the NSAID's.  There are also topical anti-inflammatories that are compounded by pharmacies, that many people with NSAID allergies can use as they are applied topically and minimally absorbed.  Also look up how to use hot/colt contrast therapy.

i missed periods for 39 dys ,had u/s of my pelvis my right ovary has pcos can it b cured,can i use hot waterbag in this condition, i'm not married can i convieve in pcos my age is 41yrs what is the best medicine to use& can i get periods back in pcos?

: PCOS is usually curable by weight loss. Your age is as much of a factor as the PCOS. PCOS is not diagnosed based on u/s but rather body weight/type and labs

Last resort: surgery is a last resort option unless hand deformity is crippling. I suggest both orthopedic and physical therapy consultations, imaging and a rheumatology workup.
