Worth listening: Mental health professionals often have to tell patients news they'd rather not hear.  If your psychiatrist says you're impulsive, it would be reasonable to ask for examples.  That is not a diagnosis but a description of behavior.  Is it causing problems?  If it is and is happening a lot, why?  What can you do about it.  Sounds like the start of an important discussion.

It's a calling: Similar to other professions that are dedicated to helping people, physicians are rewarded daily with the warm feeling of doing something meaningful for someone else. The challenge of solving metabolic and anatomical problems is stimulating as well, but it's really about serving others.

Neurotolarygologist: You should consult a  ENT neurologist for best diagnoses and treatment.. Dizzyness can be related to inner ear abnormalities, however , your loss of awareness is another thing. Get checked out asap.

: Get tested for HIV. A 4th gen test is generally reliable 2-3 months after exposure. To be sure get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure.

Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

Sure: It's a personal preference. Many men choose to be circumcised as teens or adults. I know several guys who've done this and been happy. This isn't the place to address routine neonatal circumcision.

Mental status: These questions assess cognitive function, and the doctor wishes to make sure that your symptoms are not secondary to a dementia, such as Alzheimer's.
