two weeks ago i saw a whitehead pimple on my left breast, it went away in 2 days after rubbing coconut oil on it. yesterday i saw another one on side ?

Nothing to worry abo: I would do the same thing. if it becomes a recurrent or worsening problem I would see a dermatologist.

i have a spot on my chest, between my breasts that will not heal. its not painful but white stuff does come out. its like a never ending whitehead.

Cyst: This may be a cyst, which is a bag filled with cheesy material.  The only way to get rid of this is by a minor surgical procedure.

my breast felt very sore, so i looked at it and saw what looked like a whitehead on my areola about an inch from my nipple. today it is huge and red.

Breast: SInce it has increased in size and is red, this could be an abscess and should be evaluated and treated by a surgeon

i have acne on the underside of my right breast. my doc. said they are cysts. not! they are blackheads & whiteheads in the hair pores. if i squeese them, they empty just like on a face, some of them get large & purple. what causes this?

There : There are several possibilities. I wonder if you might have hidradenitis suppurativa:

the main things i would think about would be acne, folliculitis, cysts, or hidradenitis.  If it has been present since childhood nevus comedonicus would be possible.

Cyst: Your breast is covered with skin and therefore skin issues will occur. As long as the area is not red, firm, painful, it was most likely a sebaceous cyst.

Unlikely: This would be an unlikely presentation for breast cancer, particularly at your age.  It is most likely just a pimple, an infected cyst, or possibly a small abscess.  However, if there is a persistent mass that doesn't go away, excising it might help take care of it as well as rule out some form of cancer.

Fine nedle aspiration is fast and informative procedure to evaluate palpable lump.

Depends: The location, color and character of the bumps can vary and so they could be simple acne, areolar glands, skin irritation or something else.  If you want them to go away ask your healthcare provider so they can look and help decide what is causing them.
