is there a difference in taking 1-20mg pill a day or 1-10mg 2x a day (am/pm)? don't you end up getting the same amount either way? i'm speaking of tamoxifen?

: Best is to ask your prescribing physician about the timing and use according to his/her recommendation.  The dose of Tamoxifen is going to be of equal benefit regardless of either dosing regimen.

TIA-stroke-seizure: Amphetamines drive up your blood pressure and they can cause strokes and brain hemorrhage. This could have been a transient ischemic attack, a small stroke, a small brain hemorrhage, or a seizure. See a neurologist, get a ct scan of the head and stop using.

Same doc : You should be talking to the same doc, so that he or she can recommend something else for your blood pressure in case you are unable to tolerate losartan. Any other doctor would have no idea about your other medical conditions, treatment and or test results.

: The basic issue is stroke risk, and the combination of classical migraine, smoking, and female hormones raises the risks.  The delivery system makes no real difference.  Discuss this with your neurologist and gynecologist.
