i saw something white on my uvula, i thought it was food  cause when i cough it moved, so i used a q-tip to remove it looked like skin hanging:?

Watch and wait: What you described does not seem to be a cause for concern. You may watch and wait. If the "skin" gets bigger, you get pain or there is a discharge, contact your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

have lump in far back of throat (can't see it, like something is stuck but isn't), white spot on uvula, and right neck lymph node is tender. day #2?

Rule out fungus: The throat should be cultured for fungus.  There are a number of fungi that co-habitate with normal bacterial flora in the throat.  Usually, this follows taking an antibiotic or stress can induce the multiplication of these organisms that are present in small amounts in most normal throats.  If the culture is positive for fungi, appropriate anti-fungal gargles will resolve this problem.

HPV: That is certainly possible and would recommend seeing a dentist or oral surgeon. The spot on the uvula could be herpes, coxsackie virus, or a variety of other possibilities.

Pharyngitis: It sounds like you have an infection of the pharynx.  You should be tested for strep throat, which requires antibiotics for treatment.  A good physical examination from a licensed professional is also necessary to rule out any more potentially serious problems such as paratonsillar abscess.  Seek medical attention as soon as possible.

That could be one sx: Mononucleosis presents with swollen tonsils that may have white to yellow exudates, skin rash, enlarged lymph nodes on the front ; back of your neck and enlarged spleen ;/or liver. Your white blood cell will be elevated. A monospot test will show - or + for mono ; antibody titers can distinguish btwn old vs new infection.

Depends: If this just arose, it may be a viral ulceration or exudate associated with a bacterial or viral infection.  If it has been there awhile and/or enlarging, there are many types of chronic mucosal conditions which should be evaluated.
