everytime i get white tongue cause either by gerd or thrush i notice i get swollen lymph nodes on the side of chest that is sore ,is that gerd related?

No: Thrush and GERDS represent an inflammatory process that rarely  causes the inflammation to involve region nodes.  If this were true for the tongue leukoplakia one would see submaxillary nodal involvement which rarely if ever happens  and GERDS involving the esophagus if presenting with nodal involvement would cause  mediatstinal and not chest wall problems. Have LMD check the so called nodes.

what is going on with my lip?! it hurts so bad and there is a lot of other things going on in my mouth and everything is swollen.&swollen lymph nodes

Vague question: "Other things going on" does not describe anything. You may have dental problems, allergies, or even an infection. You need to be physically examined by both a physician and a dentist. Please make appointments and feel better soon.

Definitely: Tmj (disorder) can occur at anytime and can come and go with periods of stress or difference in routine. Swollen lymph nodes are not commonly associated and i would go back for a quick check up in case it's actually something else.

i've had swollen lymph nodes for over year..now my tounge and roof of mouth hurts..i have a sore on roof of mouth..my ears also hurt?

Herpes virus: The sore on your palate is probably a herpes viral infection.  These ulcers normally last 10-14 days. They can be painful and cause other referred pain. This infection is an opportunistic type from a trigger or weakened immune system. Therefore go to see your md to determine the cause of long term lymph node swelling.

i have thrush. i have sores in my mouth but am now experiencing swollen lymph nodes kind of close to my chin.  is this normal?  taking nystatin for it

Not Normal: Thrush in the mouth is usually after taking a course of antibiotics but other conditions can cause it. The sores in the mouth might indicate that you have a predisposing condition for both. Lymph nodes can be reactive. You need to connect with on of the healthtap MD or see your local MD.

i noticed a white tongue after >6w of low risk hiv exposure. mild fever+swollen lymph node+morning loose stool(1 time). can this be hiv ?

Asked and Answered: I believe we have already powerfully reminded you that NO this is not a sign of an early HIV infection.  Diarrhea and Loose stool can have a thousand different causes. When you add a fever to this you begin to consider GI infection or stress on top of an infection.  If you are worried about HIV you go get an HIV RNA test. That would be very accurate at this point after infection.

Lymphadenopathy: The two lymph nodes are "borderline" in size.  I wouldn't be too concerned at this time, but you should have them reexamine at some point.  A white tongue may be a yeast infection (we're you an any antibiotics?), and the neck pain can be from any number of things.  Feel better.

Weak immune system?: Your immune system weakness could be a factor. It makes easy for the patogens like viruses and bacteria to attack you easily and giving the symptoms that you are talking about. But what could be causing the weakness of immune system? That needs to be investigated by your doctor . It could be an infectious disease , it  could be chronic condition, a malignancy , etc. So, see a doctor.
