Time: There is an old saying that you can treat them and they will go away in 5-7 days or you can leave them alone and they will go away in 5-7 days. The best thing to do is avoid foods and drinks that irritate them such as tart and acidic foods and drinks. If they are particularly uncomfortable you can rinse with milk of magnesia(1 tsp) and then spit it out. Oragel helps but is impossible  to keep on.

Xerostomia is: dry mouth. and symptoms may include: Dryness or stickiness in mouth,  thick/stringy saliva, bad breath, difficulty chewing/speaking/swallowing, dry/sore throat or hoarseness, dry/grooved tongue, a changed sense of taste. Up to 35 % of patients taking stimulant medications may experience dry mouth. Mouthwashes, especially ones with xylitol, can help.  Sugarless candy to moisturize. Best regards.

Several causes: Tongue lesions can be due to fungal/yeast infections, vitamin deficiencies, underlying disease, medications, allergies.  Might be best to see Dr in person or on video, may need some basic lab work. If your diet has not been balanced, taking a good multiple vitamin could help (try for a full month), plus eating a balanced diet including fruits &amp; vegetables, whole grains, dairy, &amp; proteins

Sometimes: An infection can be due to a virus, a bacteria or a fungus.Streptococcus can cause ear infections and sore throats, It can also cause white patches on the tonsils &amp; white areas of the tongues. A yeast infection, thrush, can cause white areas on the tongue. It is less likely to cause ear infections but can be a result of the antibiotics used to treat an ear infection. Ask your doc to clarify.

whether tongue gel is good for cleaning tongue? whether it cure from white coating or red taste buds like bumps?

Tongue cleaning: Difficult to understand your question totally, but if your asking about how to clean your tongue to remove the white coating, the best way is to just brush it with your tooth brush and normal tooth paste.  Brush as far back as you can without gagging yourself, the white coating for the most part is plaque, and easily removable.  If not, see a dentist as it may be a yeast infection and an rx.

Tongue lesion: A bleeding ulcer of tongue should be evaluated by an ENT doctor especially if it is more than 2 weeks. An office punch biopsy is warranted to r/o cancer.
