Tongue cleaning: Difficult to understand your question totally, but if your asking about how to clean your tongue to remove the white coating, the best way is to just brush it with your tooth brush and normal tooth paste. Brush as far back as you can without gagging yourself, the white coating for the most part is plaque, and easily removable. If not, see a dentist as it may be a yeast infection and an rx.

Cleaning tongue: Using tung gel and a tongue brush (or a tongue scraper without anything else) every day is part of a good oral hygiene regimen. A slight white coating and red taste buds may or may not be normal. A dentist would have to personally examine you in order to determine that.
