See below: If you have not travelled outside the US, you do not have parasites. A little mucus is not abnormal.

Basics: Any such changes, discharge, cramps, etc, are things you should share with your OB doc at your convenience. The issue may be limited to the lower vaginal tract &amp; not bother the baby but could be a problem. They may want you to come in for a health check and testing. Early labor or loss are issues best answered when they know more.

U need an evauation : By your gyn with an exam, cultures, blood work and an ultrasound and the pms can be treated with meds, u most likely have a hormonal problem that can be corrected but it could be due to additional problems.
