i have some sort of growth on my stomach it is round and has tiny white spots from all over the top of it and it is red where it connects to belly?

Possibly a cyat: It is difficult to say what the growth is, however I can give some generalizations. If it is tender, there’s more likelihood that there is an infection/irritation, if it is red like a sunburn, there’s usually inflammation.  If there are white spots it “may” be from underlying pus or sebaceous material.  Best to have your Dr look at it to determine if it needs to be treated or not.

stool paler than normal with mucus and white spots. should i be worried? had liver/pancreas blood tests done recently, normal results.

Stop worrying: If you feel generally well, are maintaining your weight, and can take part successfully in sports, then there's no reason to concern yourself with the vagaries of stool color and complexion. You describe some abdominal pain and you do need to find out whether this should be managed as functional bowel disease, or whether you have gallstones, or if there's any evidence it may be something else.

Red spots: There are many possibilities. You should see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. It is not possible to diagnose them without seeing them.

Lethargic and dizzy makes me think you could be dehydrated or your blood pressure has been affected by your illness. Time to get these things checked out since you are to day 3 and not improving on your own.

Can be many things: Hard to pin point the reason, would need to know more about your symptoms. Tenderness of the left side of upper abdomen can come from the surrounding muscles and ribs, spleen, colon/gas, gastrointestinal diseases, and kidney diseases (such as stones) to name few. Some concerning symptoms would be unintentional weight loss, blood in or black stool, or a palpable mass in the area.

i have fap and 2 intra abdominal wall desmoid tumours, i had a ct scan which shows some white spots, what could they be?

Possible mets.: Patients with familial adenomatous polyps due to APC mutation gradually develop hundreds  colorectal polyps.These may bleed, leading to blood in the stool. Should  malignancy develops, this may present with altered bowel habit, or even metastasis to the liver or elsewhere. When the polyposis is associated with  osteomas, fibromas,  desmoids the condition is termed Gardner's syndrome.

Hard to say: Usually they are hemangiomas which are benign but without seeing the picture, i can't say for sure. Check the report and see if they made any recommendations.
