I have some sort of growth on my stomach it is round and has tiny white spots from all over the top of it and it is red where it connects to belly?

Possibly a cyat: It is difficult to say what the growth is, however I can give some generalizations. If it is tender, there’s more likelihood that there is an infection/irritation, if it is red like a sunburn, there’s usually inflammation. If there are white spots it “may” be from underlying pus or sebaceous material. Best to have your Dr look at it to determine if it needs to be treated or not.
