Normal post-op: Erythema (red nessof the tissue) is one of the normal cardinal signs of inflammation that occur after a procedure, such as an extraction. 
If pain, swelling or fever occur, consult the treating dentist.

Call your dentist: After an extraction it is normal to have some discomfort and the socket will take several weeks to look normal , you need to see the dentist so he can see exactly what you mean by 4 red points, can tell over the internet.

wisdom teeth extraction. just recently the back left spot aches and is sensitive. is this normal? i got my wisdom teeth out in december and it is now april so i find the pain strange. it doesn't seem like the my molar is digging into the gum but the spot

Did : Did you have all four wisdom teeth extracted, or just the lower left molar?

If you still have your maxillary left wisdom tooth, it may be occluding against the tissue in that area. Hard to tell sight unseen.

Get it checked out just to be sure.

Normal oozing: If it's actively bleeding all day, then it would be a genuine problem. If you have gone through life never having had a bleeding problem, then likely what you are experiencing is oozing. After extraction, some blood oozes and mixes with the saliva, and you spit it out as a pink fluid all day. This is normal.

what is one way to stop my gums from bleeding after having a tooth extraction?

Depends : If you just had the tooth extracted, you should only bite on gauze for about an hour.  If you keep gauze in your mouth longer, you may pull out your blood clot.  You can also bite on a wet tea bag for ten minutes.  The tannic acid will help clot the blood.  Do not suck on anything, smoke or spit for 24 hours. If you continue to bleed, contact your dentist.

Sore gums: Much discomfort after extraction comes from the body's reaction to the surgery. This reaction is called inflammation. Whether it is medically needed treatment, or just an accidental trauma, the body can not distinguish. In both cases the body react to it with inflamed tissue. Your gum is undergoing inflammation, which cause both pain ; healing response within body. The gum swells up ; become sore.

Maybe: It maybe a normal part f the healing or it could be something else...  Without seeing it it is hard to tell... Have your dentist take a look..

Could be: But most likely it is the edge of the socket where the tooth was extracted. Let your dentist take a look and you will know for sure.

Varies greatly: If fairly easy with local anesthetic in a lower fee location, possibly $150 or somewhat less, but if difficult, with general anesthesia, at an expensive location, much more $.  Possibly a dental school may be an option for you.
