Otitis media: Redness of an ear drum can only be visualized by looking through an otoscope and this indicates inflammation/infection of the middle ear. Antibiotics are generally prescribed to treat this. If your throat is also very sore, a rapid throat culture to check for strep can be done.

can i have infectious mononucleosis if my only symptom is sore throat(pharyngitis), i have white spots in my throat however they are not pus.

Probably not mono: Infectious mono is caused by Epstein Barr virus. Most EBV infections cause no symptoms at all; those that result in mononucleosis are the minority. Probably some mono cases have only partial symptoms, like sore throat. However, the vast majority of sore throats like yours, with or without "white spots", are not due to mono but to garden variety cold viruses. So probably not mono.

what do white spots in stool mean if there are no other symptoms? is there cause for concern?

No: It is not feasible to know what the white spots are without examining the material. However, if you do not have any symptoms it is not likely to be any thing serious.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i believe that my  4daughter has what is called geographic tonge. she had a circle in the middle of her tonge that is missing all of the little pinkish white spots. has no other symptoms and has not noticed it her self. should i take her in to the doctors

Rash:  Vitiligo causes lack of pigment to affected areas of skin rather than causing peeling patches. You need to be evaluated to get an accurate diagnosis.

White spots: Pigment loss can lead to white patches, white dots, white spots.  Sometimes these get better on their own, especially if they are small.  Since these spots lack protective melanin, they can burn in the sun.

Other causes of lighter skin would be bleaches and most common, spots of paint.

Therefore, it is highly likely that at one time or another a person will get sore throat symptoms just before kissing, during kissing, or just after kissing. After all, there are only 365 days in a year, and two things often can happen on the same day.

Cheilitis: Cheilitis is the label applied to inflammation of the lips.  When it occurs in the corners/angles of the mouth it is called angular cheilitis or angular stomatitis. It is fairly common. Nutritional (iron/B vitamins/folic acid) deficiencies are thought to be causes, as is allergy (contact with something irritating), &amp; infection (yeast, staph, strep). I might suspect infection with the white spots.
