Good idea: If you have a bleeding mole it's always good to see a doctor. Particularly in an area that may cause it to become infected, the g/u location is a source for gut bacteria, especially if female. A gyne can remove it if you're female.

Vulvar black spot ?: Unusual discoloration in the vulvar area should be examined and possibly biopsied.  The "itchy-ness" of the area may be due to a vaginal infection or simply a local reaction involving the "black spot".

my son is saying the left side of his groin hurts it's the small spot between his private and leg. he says his legs don't hurt just that area. why?

Well: Anatomically this is a weak area in the male anatomy. Now he is young so may just be from playing and stretching. But also need to be concerned with hernias. Best to have such a young child checked by the doctor

Could be: a  bartholin's cyst, a sebaceous cyst, an abscess, an infected hair follicle etc. Med history and examination would be required for accurate diagnosis.

Many possibilities: Many different rashes of varying causes can appear in this way. Can be fungus (ringworm), eczema, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis. See your doctor or dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Antibiotic: A good antibiotic cream (bacitracin, mupirocin, etc.) should resolve most razor bumps; the dark spots will slowly fade on their own. It's better, though, to prevent razor bumps in the first place by using a single-blade razor, which won't give you as close a shave, but that's the idea; shaving too close is what causes razor bumps in the first place.
