follow up ?.. western blot negative 13weeks. home swab test negative. negative igg 10 weeks.i get a tiny open spot on perineum q/2 weeks. lasts 2 days. still think i have hsv1/2. what else could cause this? i dont know what to do. im so scared?

: The negative HSV Western blot proves you do not have HSV2, and probably not HSV1. There's no good reason to be "so scared". Also, herpes never recurs as often as every 2 weeks; and all herpes outbreaks last at least a week. For sure this isn't herpes. Keep working with your doctor if you remain concerned. Good luck.

i'm 9.5m pp. i've noticed flat small moles close to my perineum & some bluish spots. brown flat spot close to vagina too. no pain/itchiness. cancer?

Macules : I would recommend you visit your dermatologist for a skin exam, it should alleviate any concerns you have. As far far as macules go the ABCDs are the most important descriptors.  Your doctor will look for asymmetry, borders, color, and diameter. Most likely they are benign macules or if they are slightly raised with a stuck on appearance, seborrheic keratosis. Stay calm and call your dermatologist

Sounds normal: Direct exam of skin by a knowledgeable provider, especially a dermatologist, is far more accurate than anything anyone can say on a distant medical forum. With two doctors, one a dermatologist, reassuring you that nothing is abnormal, I'm sure that's the case. Natural hormonal changes following pregnancy certainly can do this. I see no reason for worry.

Antibiotic ointment: Apply an over the counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin. How did you get paper cut on the perineum, or are you using the term "paper cuts" to describe breaks in skin?
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
