Anovulatory cycle?: Getting close to menopause may have something to do with this .   I do not see any reason to alarm at this point. See your gyn.

Couple possibilities: But it just needs to be seen. Otherwise it is guess work. People can have moles but they usually do not hurt, there are brownish warts that could hurt etc.

Sores after sex: Is it possible, yes. Is it common, no. What is common is simple chafing which can feel like a sore and be very uncomfortale for several days. This can be prevented by a good lubricant. The other possibility is a herpes sore. If you and your partner are honest with each other, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.

Urine? : Without an examination and no one can say. It sounds like you may be leaking a small amount of urine. Vaginal infection causing discharge is another possibility.
