Keratosis pilaris: Is quite common. They generally only get itchy if your skin is dry. They only scar if you pick at them. You can use an exfoliant and a loofah.  Acne is also possible.

if i get a chemical peel for my back and arms for acne scars will it make them go away or just lighten up if i do 4 tretmeants with a light peel?

Chemical  peel acne: Generally, chemical peels treat active acne or acne prone skin. Salicylic acid peels are very effective. While the peels may help pigmentation and redness, they are often not very helpful for deep scars. Dermabrasion remains the gold standard.

Transient issue: Babies often get a transient "baby acne" that is not present at birth (bathed in the waters of the womb) but comes out at a few weeks &amp; lasts a few months. It is thought to result from maternal hormone effect which gradually declines as the baby ages.It will generally disappear without specific treatment.

It may be related to: The diagnosis for which you needed the laminectomy in the first place or it could be related to some spinal instability that sometimes occurs after this type of surgery if it was a wide decompression and if it was over multiple levels so see your surgeon to discuss your symptoms and further studies in terms of imaging may be indicated from x-rays including bending or fkexion/extension views & mri.

No scar: If the skin did not break he won't have a scar. The bruising he probably has will subside gradually within the next few days.

Possibly: Most foreign bodies are slowly eliminated and extruded by your own healing process, but a retained fragment is still possible if it became walled off. Have a surgeon carefully examine the area to determine whether it's worthwhile to look deeper into the scar for retained foreign objects.

Arm sores: There are certain limitations imposed by this format which include the lack of a photograph of the skin lesions about which you requested information, So it's impossible to tell you the correct diagnosis and/or therapy,  My Best advice would be to call and make an appointment with the dermatologist.  There are many conditions which make chores only arms and these definitely need to be looked at.

i've been getting open sores all over my body that bleed and scab over. they're on my face, butt, both arms, chest and back. is this normal for lupus?

Not lupus: this sounds like a spreading bacterial skin infection, specifically impetigo. You must be seen and "sores" must be culturerd for baceteria and MRSA. You will need an examination, evaluation, testing and therapy.

i have a scab on the back of my arm that i have tried putting neosporin on to heal it, but it will not heal! im very concerned because its been there since december 2021. it doesnt heal. what else can i do with this scab/sore?

: See a dermatologist; nobody can diagnose it on a forum like this. For such a long lasting problem, skin cancer is a possibility that you do not want to ignore. Good luck.
