i have a yellowish bump on my lower gum. it hurts whenever there is pressure on it. i noticed it a few days ago and thought it would dissapear on its own now when i checked it got a lil bigger. it's now probably 3mm in diameter. its softish, no pus?

Your child must see Dentist or Pedodontist immediately, as if it is an infection it may spread rapidly to other organ systems. Call now.
