i had stitches removed & tape placed. the tape fell off and there is white underneath the cut and yellowish pus coming out. is this normal or infected?

Either: If it is not thick and light straw colored, it is probably just serous fluid. If it is thick, creamy and yellow, then you should go back and see the doctor. It may just need to be cleaned or you may need antibiotics.

Pus: Use peroxide and warm water soaks. Perform gentle massaging of the skin away from the toenail. I would consult your pediatrician or podiatrist right away.

Hydradenitis: The most common cause is something called hidradenitis suppurativa. This isn't dangerous but it can cause a discharge and at times this can smell. It's a condition that tends to get a little worse before stabilizing. 
The other possible cause is something called an epidermoid cyst, not dangerous but can intermittently cause a white pus to be secreted and sometimes painful.

my gonorrhea is clearing up.and i hardly see the white pus coming out of my penis.but i still urinate frequently like every 2hrs . do i continue with cefixime or take a single dose of ceftriaxone?

Ceftriaxone standard: Cefixime is no longer recommended for treatment of gonorrhea because of resistance.  Although it sound like you're getting better, the appropriate treatment would have been ceftriaxone.

Either: If the area is getting better with less swelling, reddness and pain it would be a good sign that the pus has stopped draining.  If the area is getting more swollen and painful the pus could be trapped under the skin and unable to drain.  This would be bad and would indicate a need for needle drainage.

Yes: It is not normal.  Have this situation evaluated by a dentist.  You may have a periodontal or resistant endodontic infection.
