See a dermatologist!: "white patch" is pretty nonspecific, especially without a photograph or physical examination. You should see a dermatologist who can diagnose and recommend the appropriate treatment.

i had white patch on my face skin. i am using flucort cream last 1 month but still little is there. can i continue that cream.

Flucort?: Not sure what your taking. Theres a fluticasone (steroid) and a Fluconazole (which is anti fungal). Probably safe to continue an anti fungal but i would limit a steroid to no more than a few weeks on the face.

if you have a very light white patch on your face does it mean you have vitiligo? doe tinea versicolor appear on face?

Maybe, maybe not: Vitiligo is the complete absence of pigment in an area of skin. Tinea versicolor often shows a light patch of skin but it still contains pigment. There  are other conditions such as ash-leaf spots that exist. A doctor should evaluate to tease out the differences.

You could: Certainly start with that, it may just be dry skin.  If that does not help then a visit to the doctor would be helpful.

No: Don't use a steriod cream like elomet without a prescription, it can be a fungal infection and steroid creams won't be the treatment, better see your doctor/dermatologist, best wishes

Dry patch on face: Several things come to mind.  He might need more omega 3 fatty acids in his diet or supplements.  It might be a patch of fungal infection.  It could also be representative of a food sensitivity.  It wouldn't hurt to stop gluten and dairy for a month and see if that helps.

Penile lesion: Lesions on the penis sometimes warrant a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis after an evaluation from a knowledgeable doc.  Pcp's, dermatologists, or urologists would be a good starting point.  There are a variety of possibilities including inflammatory, infectious, or malignant disorders.    Your primary care physician would be a good place to start.

i just noticed what looks like an insect bite on my face. a small dot, a white patch surrounding it then a big red ring around it. what is it?

Worrisome: Sounds by your description like a "target" rash - have you been in the woods? I would worry about Lyme Disease (tick borne). If so, the rash won't last long  -  it should be seen tomorrow.
