Candidal infx?: Purely a guess over the computer, but fungal like candidal infections are common in skin creases and under the breast, where sweating and rubing is common.  See a dr. To get it evaluated as there are some treatments that may help.  Good luck.

Need more info: White patch could be old scar, fluid, infection, blood vessel, pneumonia, or even cancer. Where it is how big it is , the shape it is and your medical and social conditions will affect the identification process. Are you a smoker? Do you have cough? If there is low risk for infection or cancer - normally you just keep checking on the "spot: to make sure it isn;t growing.

Breast irritation ?: If your breasts are not supported firmly, or the garment worn is loose on the side where the "red-brown patch" is located, friction alone may have caused irritation of the skin on one side.  If you did not notice this "patch" prior to the exercise, it is most likely only an abrasion which will rapidly heal.  If persistent, see a dermatologist for an exam.

Dermatitis: Itching of the skin with redness and bumps usually represents a form of dermatitis.  A Dermatologist or primary care physician can evaluate your skin to diagnose exactly what the problem is.  Trying different creams by trial and error may cure the problem, but only by accident.  
Get some professional help with the problem, that way an accurate diagnosis can be made

Rash: If a rash is itchy its usually an irritation or an allergy( likely topical) sometimes it can be infection like a fungus. If it isn't it still needs to be evaluated.  You should see your doctor and let him or her sort it out. :)
