Prostate: Not part of neurological system but is part of urologic system. Depends on cause if you have infection which can be treated. If you have age related hypertrophy it can be treated and size reduced but will never return to baseline.

Most likely due: To allergies. The white part of the eye can grow over part of the cornea with a pterygium and is located on the side of the nose involving the white part of the eye with an y blood vessels.

Lid swelling: This is probably a chalazion or a sty. If near the tear duct can cause some problem to the tear duct. This usually is not permanent. You can try warm compresses to the area 5 minutes several times a day. However you should see an ophthalmologist for a complete diagnosis and full treatment..
