should i be worried about gum pressure in lower gum? it's not consistent. comes and goes. no pain. just a sensation like something is there. no bump/lump/patch. there is a white line along gum ridge but it's on the other side of the gum, too?

It could reflect more systemic bleeding problems.  Either way, you need a diagnosis, and probably intervention. If there are no other signs of easy bleeding, start with a good dental evaluation, then if more answers are needed, see a good internist.

Loose Adult Tooth: Yes you should see a dentist promptly.  If the root (blood supply and nerve) are still intact the tooth may be stabilized and saved.

Swollen Gum lime: If your gum is swollen It could be a number of things. It could be something serious like an abscess, or it could be something as simple as food impaction around your teeth. This is not something to take lightly because if it is an abscess, it could become life threatening. I would recommend you go see your dentist and determine what is causing this swelling.

You will need to see a local dentist for an exam, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment. We can't treat you over the internet. Untreated dental problems will lead to pain, infection and tooth loss.
