No problems: A small nipple-shaped projection or elevation behind to the two maxillary central incisors is called incisive papilla and is a normal anatomical structure. In this area nerves and blood vessels come through the bone. 
If concerned, ask your dentist for evaluation.

Consult: white lesions on the gum could be anything from recurrent herpetic lesions to candidaisis (yeast infection) to just plaque on the gums. Have your dentist evaluate

Torus: Probably a normal variant, a thickening of the bone called a Torus.  If it was present at the time of your exam/cleaning, Dentist would have noted it for his/her records.  No Rx is required.  If it suddenly appeared since your last Dental visit it's to a Torus: call to make an appointment to have it checked.

However swelling below the tongue can occur.

ear aches

all over body fasiculations
visual disturbances
jaw pain, tooth pain

Repeat MRI: What you are describing are not usual complaints. The MRI (of the brain) should be repeated with either contrast or special sequecing and compared with the previous MRI to look for any change in the findings. If there is no significant changes you should still be seen by an appropriately trained provider for an appropriate evaluation and history including a diet and possible exposure history.

Do not google: Any lesions are best diagnosed in person by a trained health care provider.  You need to have someone look in your mouth and properly diagnose the condition so the right treatment (if any needed) will occur, best wishes.

Changes in surface: Any thing that changes the normal mucosal surface should be suspect. Leukoplakia is the most common. Leukpoplakia is a whitish thickening to the mucosa that may do be related to trauma.
