my feet are always dry  and have a dark  hard gray spots!  i have to go to spa to clean and smooth! is there  another  solution?

Keratoses: Keratotic (so-called "stucco") lesions are common on the feet and elsewhere on the body. They are not dangerous but certainly are annoying. Try an otc lotion, such as lac hydrin or amlactin, with Lactic Acid or salicylic acid in it, to soften the top layer of skin. If those lotions aren't strong enough a dermatologist can prescribe one of a number of stronger preparations.

i cant help picking spots and usually after awhile they do go away however i have one that seems to have formed hard skin on it like the stuff on your feet.. i am going to leave it alone although its hard to. will it ever go away?

Specific picture.: Somethings just can't be evaluated without actually seeing the issue at hand. I fear that this is one of them. Randomly occurring skin discolorations are sometimes impossible to explain, let along come up with a treatment plan. had an impact injury on foot. when i point my toe downwards hard, and bring it back up, my achilles tendon in the two spots on both sides hurts bad.

Achilles pain: Try resting it (for 1-2 weeks), icing, compressing wraps or bracing, and elevating your leg.  Take otc antiinflammatory drugs like advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin as directed by the manufacturer to help.  If clicking or feeling of ripping or instability, get it checked out by your doctor. Seeing is helpful.: There are many conditions to consider, especially without the privilege of actually seeing the your condition. One of particular consideration would be dishydrotic dermatitis. This is more commonly known as pomppholyx.

Possibly: Hand-foot-mouth disease is a common viral infection which leads to blisters or red spots on the palms, soles of the feet, and in the mouth. It can be associated with some fever. The condition is self-limited, lasting about a week. The only treatment is symptomatic. Check with your doctor if is continues.

Secondary Syphilis: This rash could be syphilis-as it characteristically affects the palms and soles of the feet. Of course this is a sexually transmitted disease-so I would want to know your exposure history. You need to show this to a doctor, preferably an Infectious Diseases specialist who would know for sure what it was and how to best treat you. It is completely treatable but you need a proper dx. It's not HFMD!
