No: Your tongue does not grow hair and thus laser Rx may actually damage your tongue.  Have you talked to your dentist re. what may be causing your "black tongue"?

See your dentist: Try getting your teeth cleaned at your dentist office, eating foods like apples, celery and carrots, flossing you teeth at least once a day, brushing 3x a day and brushibng yor tongue with your tooth brush. Stop smoking if yo do and take vitamin c and a mutilple vitamin daily.

I can't think there's a fungal infection or serious disorder after all these years. Are you symptomatic from it? Consider a second opinion at a department of oral surgery at a dental school near you.
