Brush, floss, rinse.: Regular brushing, flossing, and use of antibacterial rinses i.e. Listerine will likely help reduce you sore gums (gingivitis). Many people just simply brush briefly which only cleans the outside of teeth/gum, but in between+inside are left untouched..Bacteria grow and causes your gum to be sore and bleed etc..Take care of your teeth--u got first 2 sets free, thereafter it's expensive.
