Maybe fungus?: "white spots" can certainly be a yeast infection in the skin but can be many other problems.  Dermasone is a steroid and can make any kind of infection worse.  If that occurs see your doctor.

Foreheads white spot: You ashould always remember that when you see something on your skin ANYWHERE, that you don't understand, you owe it to yourself to report to a dermatologist and get it checked!  That said, sun is but ONE cause, but fungus there would just rarely be a factor.  Of course the visibility of spots is highly dependent on skin color, so taking my advice above is the wisest choice.

Scalp rash: Rashes are tough to diagnose over the computer if not impossible.  You need to get the official diagnosis with a clinical exam and then the appropriate treatment would follow.  Best wishes.

It is most: Likely fungal.  Aloe vera will not help.  You need an antifungal cream such as lotrimin (clotrimazole).  Apply it daily for about 3 weeks.  It doesn't kill fungus but stops its growth until the skin grows it out.  If no improvement consider getting seen.

Rash: It could be many things such as a fungal infection or eczema . Have it looked at if its been that long!
