I am not sure the white blotchy spots on my forehead are because i have been out in the sun, or if they are fungus related.

Foreheads white spot: You ashould always remember that when you see something on your skin ANYWHERE, that you don't understand, you owe it to yourself to report to a dermatologist and get it checked! That said, sun is but ONE cause, but fungus there would just rarely be a factor. Of course the visibility of spots is highly dependent on skin color, so taking my advice above is the wisest choice.
