Mirena (levonorgestrel) iuds can minimize your periods. The vaginal discharge will need to be evaluate by your doctor if it persists.

Unsure: The sore nipples are commonly related to the rise in progesterone during the cycle.  For many women that becomes more noticeable after conception due to the markedly increased progesterone levels in pregnancy.
